Requesting variance in the development of the Donley Farm on at 7657 Olde Eight Road, along with adjacent property to the north.
Donley Farm is a 45.00A Residential lot, parcel #1400026.
Mr. Carse presented a "Preliminary Street Plan" last month and received preliminary (and conditional) approval. His platting plan showed three lots that do not meet the requirement for depth-to-width ratio: SCCO 1125.05(e). He is seeking a variance for these lots, due to the local topography.
Village Engineer Steve Schreiber may remark on his further review the plans, which lacked the required vicinity map and had three lots with insufficient street frontage -- both to be remedied by Mr. Carse.

To be determined by Board of Zoning Appeals.
