    1. To change sales of fireworks and like items from "Prohibited Use" to "Conditional Use" in the Light Manufacturing district, and assign specific conditions to such use
      Ref. CO 1161.04, .03
    2. To add sales of fireworks and like items as a "Prohibited Use" in Residential district.
      Ref. CO 1153.04

    7494 Olde Eight Road (parcels 1300417, 1300415)
    Request for variance of the Platting Rules and Regulations to allow creation of a non-conforming parcel in the RESidential district. Ref CO 1121.01, 02(e); SCSR 1105.05(a).
    This will be a joint hearing with the Board of Zoning Appeals.
