On the agenda of the 05 February 2003 7PM meeting of
the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals for
the Village of Boston Heights, Ohio

1. Solicitation of Feedback on Village Zoning Forms.
   Ms. Maryann Body (Sec'y) distributed sample forms and requested comments.
   
2. Election of BZA Chair.
   Mr. John Codrea was elected as Chair of the BZA.
   
3. Review and approval of DynaGym Playsystems signage.
   Approved.
   
4. Consideration of validity of an unexercised variance for Mr. Bendicki.
   Mayor McFall will convey that re-application for variance is required.
   
5. Notification of application for a lot split by Mr. Frank Baxter.
   Advised to work with Village Engineer and Zoning Inspector.
