Marrian B. Touchton


Marrian B. Touchton (Peggy), 78, of Boston Heights, Ohio, passed away, Friday, March 8, 2002, at her daughter's home in San Angelo, Texas, with her two daughters at her side. She was the "HEART" of our family.

Peggy was a member of the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church and Gloria Daises Ladies Group. She retired from the U.S.Post Office as a postal clerk and was the first woman to delivery mail in a mail truck. Since her retirement, she has been an active volunteer driver for seniors.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen M. Touchton; brother, Roderick Barnaby; grandson, Casey LeBlanc; and longtime companion, James Cassidy and his son, Ronnie Cassidy. She is survived by her daughters, Beverly (Harley) Murrell and Debra (Craig) LeBlanc; sons, Glen and Craig Touchton; grandsons, Cody Touchton and Brandon LeBlanc; and two brothers.

A memorial service will be held at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Hudson, Ohio, date to be announced in June. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.


A memorial service for Marrian B. Touchton will be held Saturday, June 8, 2002, 2 p.m., at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 2113 Ravenna Rd., Hudson, Ohio, with Pastor Ron Dure officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church.
