RESOLUTION A-2002

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
CLEAR TREASURER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
PRUCHASE OF TWO POLICE CRUISERS.

RESOLUTION B-2002

A RESOLUTION ELECTING PRESIDENT
PRO TEMPORE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
BOSTON HEIGHTS.
Mr. Bela Goncy, the incumbent President Pro Tempore, was elected unanimously with of course Mr. Goncy shyly abstaining.

RESOLUTION C-2002

EMPLOYMENT OF OFFICIALS AND CERTAIN EMPLOYEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF BOSTON HEIGHTS, OHIO FOR THE
YEAR 2002.

RESOLUTION D-2002

 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING
MEMBERS OF COUNCIL TO THE VARIOUS COUNCIL
COMMITTEES FOR THE YEAR 2002.

RESOLUTION E-2002

 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JAMES
ROBINSON AS FULL TIME STREET SUPERINTENDENT FOR
THE VILLAGE OF BOSTON HEIGHTS, OHIO.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

[Council P-PT B.Goncy stated that he had reviewed the November 2001 month's financial disbursements. Presumably they were all in order. C-T Zeman noted that December 2001 statements were not yet ready for review.
[Councilor Slane noted that she had reviewed the previous month's expenditures. Presumably they too were all in order.]
[Council Hudson noted that the Streets Committe had reviewed maintenance of the Village Hall and Park.]
[Councilor Palumbo noted that the Village Park Calendar had been set by the Park Board and would soon be available.]
[Councilor Cheung stated that the Planning Commission had met and approved Advanced Health's sublet to Advanced Marketing; accepted one McLean sign and rejected two; discussed B&B zoning; discussed various revisions to the Zoning Plan for the Village. No mention was made of the vote by the Planning Commission to advise Council to re-instigate condemnation proceedings against the vacant hotel at Hines Hill & Rt. 8!]
[Mayor McFall announced one resignation and three additions to the Park Board; a revised list is available from the Village Hall.]
