COMMITTEE REPORTS

[Note: The Village Engineer noted that he had attended a meeting in Columbus 12-Oct seeking grant money, e.g. for water projects. He also stated that Summit County would be providing funds for (part of?) the cost of handicap-accessible restrooms for the Village Hall.
He also noted that the cleanup of the Krejci hazardous waste dump site would soon be starting, and that there would be heavy large-truck traffic on Village Roads. He and the Village Solicitor stated that new overload bonding should be established by Council to insure against costs of road damage by this traffic. For more info on the
[Krejci dump] <<-- click here.
Councilor T.Slane stated that she had reviewed the previous month's financial disbursements. Presumably they were all in order.
