following the February 27, 2002 public hearing have been
addressed and are included in the December 18, 2002 Public
Hearing Comment Summary. A copy of this summary is
available for review at the locations listed on the left.

Also available for review are the December 18, 2002
Environmental Assessment Addendum, the November 14,
2002 Individual Section 4(f) for the State Route 8 Improvement
Project, and the Finding of No Significant Impacts
issued by the Federal Highway Administration on
December 20, 2002.
