Proposed Land Acquisition

|
The Secretary of the Army proposes to purchase a 22-acre parcel of land in the Village of Boston Heights, Summit County, Ohio for the purpose of constructing a new U.S. Army Reserve Center (Center). The proposed site for the new Center is located along the 7100 Block of Olde Eight Road, just south of East Hines Hill Road, in Boston Heights. The U.S. Army Reserve has finalized an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed action and has signed a Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) document. The draft final EA-FNSI was made available for public review and was submitted to federal, state, and local agencies for regulatory review. The final version of the EA-FNSl, which incorporates comments received during the public comment period, is available for review at the Summit County Public Library - Nordonia Hills Branch, located at 9458 Olde Eight Road in Northfield, Ohio. |
