Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Resolution Nos. 2004-339 and 2004-340 of the Council of Summit County, adopted on June 21, 2004, and June 28, 2004, there will be submitted to the electors of Summit County at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting therein, on Tuesday, November 2, 2004, the question of renewing a tax in excess of the ten-mill limitation for the benefit of the Summit County Children's Services Board for the purpose of the protection and placement of abused and neglected children at a rate not exceeding 2.56 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 25.6 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 3 years, commencing in 2004, first due in calendar year 2005. The Polls for said election will open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. of said day.
